Challenge

In 2016, Music City, USA was host to the CNH Industrial Parts & Service Expo – a dealer event providing attendees the opportunity to connect with peers and suppliers in the agriculture and construction industries. EC was tasked with showcasing the training, tools and resources required to operate a successful business in an economic downturn. With industry revenue down the challenge was creating an event that would educate, energize and inspire our attendees, all while paying tribute to Nashville's musical heritage.

Solution

"Take the Stage" – a theme welcoming Parts & Service to center stage – reinforced the department's value to a dealership's performance. A website and eblast campaign detailed the event, piqued interest, and drove online registration. Redesigned signage increased visibility, while segmenting the show floor into three "classrooms" engaged attendees and spiked traffic. Educational breakout sessions were restructured to focus on professional roles. Digital literature collections and presentations helped personalize the experience. Ready for an encore? Event attendance and sales order volume performed to a standing ovation.
