Challenge
CNH Parts & Service hosts a bi-annual dealer event that provides attendees the opportunity to learn, buy and connect. With the event scheduled to take place in Indianapolis, our client was looking for new ways to drive attendance and engage attendees. The challenge was to shift the perception of the event from a "trade fair and business meeting" to an exhilarating expo with a high-octane theme that would educate, inspire and entertain.
Solution
The theme "Hammer Down" rallied dealers into supercharging their performance. A racing-inspired website and eblast campaign generated pre-show buzz and early registration. Strategic floor planning ensured CNH Parts & Service was at the center of traffic. Attendee experience was enhanced with a mobile app that offered a booth map, breakout session schedule and personalized agenda. Participants competed in team tire changes, while celebrity appearances and live music revved up the crowd. Based on positive feedback, the event completely surpassed audience expectations.
